About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to take over key management responsibilities from our current Japanese expat, who will be returning to Japan. As we localize the management team, we're looking for someone who can lead the company, manage daily operations, and drive continuous improvement. The role will report to the General Manager in Singapore, who may also oversee operations in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Process Management

Achieve KPIs by analyzing data, identifying trends, and implementing continuous improvement projects.Utilize capacity management tools for team scheduling and decision-making.Identify and resolve operational issues in a structured manner, ensuring timely communication with both internal teams and clients.Display strong client management skills to maintain high NPS scores and customer satisfaction.Drive improvement projects as part of the client organization, ensuring diligence in addressing client requests.People ManagementConduct performance discussions and appraisals with Front Line Managers (monthly, quarterly, yearly) and ensure timely feedback for team members.Develop performance improvement frameworks, including coaching, mentoring, and talent development roadmaps.Lead team meetings and daily huddles to enhance performance.Manage conflicts within the team, ensuring positive behavior and discipline.Ensure accurate and timely input for payroll, leave management, and other HR systems, including compliance with employee health and safety regulations.Partner with HR to develop employee engagement programs and ensure team members complete their learning paths.Who We're Looking For:Strong leadership and management experienceExcellent client and stakeholder handling skillsAbility to drive operational excellence and improve processesSkilled in performance management and employee developmentExperience in handling complex issues and providing timely resolutionsWhy Join Us?Opportunity to lead and shape the future of the companyWork closely with the General Manager and current leadership for smooth transitionBe part of a dynamic and collaborative environment
