Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team at Addmore Outsourcing Inc. As an HR Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department, ensuring seamless operations and efficient management of employee records, benefits, and other HR-related tasks.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Manage and maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, employment history, and benefits.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, prepare orientation materials, conduct introductory sessions, and ensure smooth integration into the company.
  • Prepare and manage HR documents, such as employment contracts, performance appraisals, and disciplinary actions.
  • Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Support the planning and coordination of employee training and development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Utilize HR Information Systems (HRIS) to manage employee data, generate reports, and streamline HR processes.
  • Provide support for employee relations issues, including resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, and offering guidance on company policies.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in an HR assistant or administrative role is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees, candidates, and management.
  • Strong organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
  • Proficiency in using HR Information Systems (HRIS), office software, and basic knowledge of HR software tools.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Understanding of basic HR principles and practices, including employment laws and regulations.
