Job Description

As a key member of our team at YONGHWA OF PHILIPPINES INC, the Sales and Purchasing Staff will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales and purchasing functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Day-to-Day Operations: Provide administrative support to the sales and purchasing teams, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks and activities.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure all files and documents are up-to-date and accurately maintained, facilitating efficient access to critical information.
  • Prepare and Monitor Reports: Develop and analyze reports to track sales and purchasing performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance results.
  • Develop Strategies: Collaborate with the team to create and implement strategies to attract new customers and expand our target audience.
  • Monitor Deliveries and Purchase Orders: Oversee the receipt and processing of deliveries and purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Conduct Administrative Tasks: Assist in the coordination of administrative activities to ensure the department runs efficiently and effectively.
