Responsibilities

The Salesforce Data Management role is responsible for maintaining data integrity and quality within Salesforce, ensuring that data aligns with expected business processes and is accurately synchronized with external systems like SAP. This role involves validating, preparing, uploading, and monitoring data changes to support organizational needs.

Qualifications

We envision that you have a relevant bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering / IT - or will graduate in the upcoming months - combined with some of the following points;

  1. Data Maintenance
    • Update Salesforce data according to rules and guidelines
    • Make changes to keep data accurate and useful
  2. Data Validation
    • Check data to ensure it's correct and fits with how the business works
    • Fix any errors found in the data
  3. Data Preparation
    • Organize and clean data before importing it into Salesforce
    • Make sure it's in the right format and ready for import
  4. Data Backup
    • Regularly save copies of Salesforce data to keep it safe
    • Store backups securely for emergencies
  5. Data Upload
    • Use tools to add, update, or remove data in Salesforce
    • Make sure all changes are made accurately
  6. Data Sync
    • Keep Salesforce and SAP systems in sync so they have the same data
    • Use scripts or tools to automate the process
