Gaming Admin Associate

JOB SUMMARY
The Gaming Admin Associate is responsible for assisting and providing administrative support to the Table Games management team and other subunits of the department. This position is also responsible for maintaining various database and records of the Table Games department.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Keep and maintain an orderly and systematic filing system of the department's files and records and ensure confidential matters are securedAttend to inquiries of table games employees and coordinate concerns to appropriate departmentsUpdate various database of the department (Manning, Attendance, Training, etc.)Assist in preparing and consolidating department reportsAssist management team in sending out memos/announcements and follow up on task deadlines within the departmentReceive, screen, and sort all documents, mails, and packages and facilitate transmittal of documentsAnswer incoming calls and redirect them to appropriate department or employee within the teamRequest and maintain inventory of office supplies and equipmentProject a good Company image, uphold company policies, and do not divulge information deemed to be of a confidential natureAdherence to company code of conduct.Model the resort's mission, vision and core values.Attend personal continuous development interventions / coaching sessions.Attend periodical mandatory training / meeting for compliance purposes (i.e. risk management, health and safety, etc.).Perform other related tasks and duties that may be assigned. QUALIFICATIONSCandidate must be a college graduate Has good written and verbal communication skillsCan work effectively in a teamHas the ability to interact well with peopleAdaptable and can thrive in a constantly changing environment Fresh graduates may apply-
