Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints via phone, email, and other communication channels.Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.Address customer concerns and provide solutions to ensure a positive customer experience.Process orders, forms, applications, and requests efficiently and accurately.Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and resolution.Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to offer informed advice and support.Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and technical support to resolve customer issues.Identify customer needs and offer solutions or refer them to relevant departments when necessary.Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions.Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve services and customer experience.Qualifications & SkillsHigh school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).Proven experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering quality customer service.Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Proficient with customer service software, databases, and CRM tools.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work well in a team and independently.A customer-first attitude with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
