Bebang HaloHalo is looking for an experienced IT Officer to join our team. As our business grows, we need someone to manage and maintain the IT infrastructure across our offices, commissary, and retail stores. The IT Officer will ensure that our network, CCTV systems, POS systems, hardware, and software are all functioning efficiently to support our daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Network Setup & Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain networks in all locations (offices, commissary, and stores), ensuring smooth and secure operations.CCTV Systems: Install, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV systems across all company facilities.POS Systems: Handle the configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Point of Sale systems in stores.Hardware & Software Maintenance: Regularly check and maintain all IT equipment, including servers, workstations, and peripherals.Google Workspace: Administer and manage Google Workspace (G Suite) accounts, providing user support and troubleshooting.Security: Implement security protocols to ensure data integrity and protection from unauthorized access.Technical Support: Provide IT support for day-to-day operational issues, ensuring minimal downtime for employees across all locations.Documentation: Maintain detailed records of network setups, hardware configurations, and maintenance procedures.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.At least 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, including networks, POS systems, and CCTV.Familiarity with Google Workspace administration is a plus.Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and with teams.
