Job Title: Accounting Senior Specialist

Hunter's Hub Incorporated is seeking a highly skilled Accounting Senior Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial data, preparing financial statements, and providing expert advice on financial matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile auto interface entries posted in SAP daily and raise concerns to officer in case of any variances noted.
  • Prepare journal entries in line with financial statement close process and deadlines, including recording insurance accounting transactions.
  • Prepare monthly reconciliation of subsidiary ledger and general ledger balances for assigned accounts.
  • Create disbursement vouchers for payout to facultative premium.
  • Prepare various monthly and/or quarterly reports as needed by management, including accounts validation reports, insurance commission reports, and audit reports.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, preferably in Science in Accountancy or Management Accounting.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, and/or financial statements preparation.
  • Knowledgeable in Philippines Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS).
  • Able to work with cross-functional teams and keen to details.
  • Proficient in Excel and any accounting software.
