The HR Specialist would provide administrative and system support to all respective departments. He/She will handle the various functions below:

Direct Function:

Onboarding:

Act as the sole PIC for ONBOARDING

Send out the pre-employment requirements list for the candidate's reference.

Ensure the completeness of pre-employment requirements/documents submitted

Coordinate with respective HRBPs for any escalation regarding the onboarding of candidates.

Contracts:

Drafts employment contracts for incoming and renewal employees and process the renewal.

Manage all HR Documents

Offboarding/ Exit:

Send exit guidelines to resigning employees.

Collect all exit documents to be uploaded on system.

Coordinate with respective BU regarding exit issues.

ARP Function:

System:

Manage LWMS System for all ARP Related configuration (such as supervisor, approver and final approver configuration)

Maintain system to ensure correct timeline and details of each ARP in parallel with AGENCY details.

Performance Management:

Creates quarterly budget for Business Units to follow in performance management.

Create quarterly timelines for performance management.

Monitor e-flow status of each ARP and send updates to respective AGENCY PIC and BU HRBP ARP Exit

Receive attrition report from each AGENCY PIC and conduct cross checking on system for any missed applied quitters.

Send attrition report to Payroll Team

Coordinate with Audit Team to check if resigning ARP has any pending cases.

ARP Contract Renewal

Ensure timely renewals of ARPs

Coordinate with BU HRBP regarding renewal decisions of ARP who fails to meet evaluation criteria.

Monitor e-flow of each ARP for renewal on system and coordinate with corresponding HRBP for the necessary follow-up on the approval on the system.

Qualifications:

Candidate must have experience in any kind of HR Systems

Must have a solid background with excel experience (PIVOT and Vlook UP)

Candidate must understand HR Processes. (ONBOARDING, OFFBOARDING AND CONTRACT RENEWALS

Candidate must have a strong personality working under pressure
