As a SR&T Manager/Senior Consultant, you will have the opportunity to drive the day-to-day management of local and cross-border financial advisory engagements, including due diligence, business valuation, and financial modeling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the day-to-day management of local and cross-border financial advisory engagements, including due diligence, business valuation, and financial modeling.
  • Oversee the preparation and review of engagement deliverables, ensuring quality control and technical acumen.
  • Identify client and engagement risks, ensuring proactive monitoring and mitigation.
  • Contribute to business development efforts, generating client leads and engagement wins.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to younger staff members.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to lifelong learning through participation in technical and soft skills training courses.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or related disciplines.
  • Work experience: M&A-related work in financial advisory, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity/venture capital, management consulting, or a combination of these.

For Assistant Managers, at least four years of relevant experience; for Senior Managers/Managers, at least six years of relevant experience. Exceptional work credentials may substitute for years of experience.

  • Certifications: None required, but relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
  • Required skills: Problem-solving, business writing, financial analysis, financial modeling, business valuation, market research, and other skills relevant to M&A work.
  • Other requirements/skills: Project management, organizational development, and a client-centric mindset.
