About the role

The Finance Assistant will collaborate with CI&T Global team to manage and coordinate the finance functions of CI&T Philippines. This includes preparing financial reports, managing budgets, overseeing bookkeeping and payment systems, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and handling daily bank settlements. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth execution of all financial operations and maintain compliance with regulatory and internal policies.

What you'll be doing

Cash Management:

Supervise the daily cash management activities, including monitoring cash and managing cash flow Ensure timely processing of payment Ensure proper implementation of cash management strategies to optimize cash utilization. Supervise timely preparation of bank reconciliation Monitor timely recording of collections and payment Financial Forecasting: Work with CI&T Global team to supervise CI&T Philippine in the preparation of cash flow forecastsCollaborate with CI&T Global team finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting. Banking Relationships: Collaborate with CI&T Global team to oversee the opening and maintenance of bank accounts and ensure compliance with banking regulations. Reporting and Compliance: Collaborate with CI&T Global team to prepare treasury reports.Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to treasury operations.Perform other treasury duties or prepare any Treasury reports that may be assigned by CI&T Global Finance Team.
