About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our SAP team in Deloitte Southeast Asia, driving the growth of our SAP business in the region. As a leader, you will be responsible for creating, selling, and delivering SAP solutions, including functional and technical design, application and systems development, and business transformation.

  • Engage clients in workshops and interviews to analyze process and reporting requirements
  • Advise clients on industry-leading practices and SAP recommended processes and functions
  • Design target state SAP solutions for clients, influencing their thinking on adopting leading practices
  • Analyze application landscapes to design interfaces to SAP solutions
  • Perform SAP configuration and testing, developing specifications for development of forms, reports, and interfaces
  • Lead consultant and client teams through the implementation cycle, including planning and execution of testing, migration, and cutover
  • Support change management execution by developing training material, delivering training, and supporting users post-cutover
  • Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • A good honors degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or related disciplines
  • A good understanding of SAP implementation methodology
  • Senior Consultant will require a minimum of 6-8 years of experience in SAP FI Module, preferably with 4-6 end-to-end full life cycle SAP FI Module implementations with team leading experience
  • Prefer industries: Manufacturing, Consumer, Food, Retail
  • Strong in Product Costing and Material Ledger is most preferred
  • SAP S/4 HANA experience is an advantage
  • Demonstrated success in a multi-cultural work environment
  • Sound understanding of business process, industry nuances, and leading practices in the area of focus
  • Good communication and presentation skills in English to build relationships and work closely with client stakeholders
  • Ability to facilitate effective workshops to lead target state design
  • Demonstrated excellence in conceiving and executing SAP solutions
  • Sound business acumen, teamwork, and leadership qualities
  • Willingness to work outside of office base and travel (both locally and abroad)
