Job Description:
- The Outbound sales team also known as the Commercial Sales Team for ToolFetch is responsible for a Book of
geographic territories in the United States.
Within those businesses are the designation of Customer (has bought from Toolfetch in the prior 6 months), Prospect (has bought from Toolfetch in the prior 7-12 months), and Lead (has bought from Toolfetch 12 months or greater).
- Making a minimum of 75 calls per day (25 from each grouping) they are repeatedly calling either leaving a message or hopefully getting the business on the phone to begin to build a relationship with them over time so they come back to Toolfetch time and time again now knowing that a salesperson cares for them and their business. Precall prep on the history of the business including internet research is required as is after call notation in the NetSuite CRM along with proper after call follow up in the way of sending Estimates, Research on customer needs, Line Cards, Capabilities, Brochures and more
Qualifications:
- PRODUCT SALES EXPERIENCE REQUIRED (Tangible Products)
Has worked in a Sales environment in the past.
Has construction, industrial, building products experience (of course ideal, but not a requirement)
Articulates English well not just from the perspective of speaking the language, but also "thinking" in English quickly
so the customer feels the Outbound seller is in the USA.
Personable and a team player
Aggressive in wanting to go after new business and build out their own "business"
Thrives on growth and acceleration individually and as part of a larger team.
Has others they are responsible for in their lives which makes what they do ever so meaningful
