About the Role

As a Business Development Associate, you will support the Client Solutions business function and work closely with the Client Solutions Associates to drive business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand and analyze each client's request for subject-matter experts and develop effective solutions to meet their needs.
  • Conduct expert outreach activities, including LinkedIn messaging, offline networking, and cold-calling, to recruit and match industry experts based on client requests.
  • Conceptualize, develop, test, and validate initiatives to scale the company's business and drive growth.
