Project Manager: 3 years with previous restaurant project/s experience

• Willing to be assigned/relocated in Baguio City project site

• Three (3) months project-based contract and maybe be renewed for next in line future projects.

Salary: Php30,000 to Php40,000 per month (Negotiable based on work experience)

Project Architect Responsibilities:


• Oversee the architectural production and meet client requirements

• Assist with preliminary feasibility studies, master planning, and design

• Write project plans, specifications, and related documents, and coordinate all phases of construction

• Oversee project schedules, cost projections, and budget estimates

• Attend preconstruction and bid meetings with contractors and vendors, and issue progress reports

• Ensure that all work is in accordance with building codes, regulations, and plans

• Advise on design, construction, and renovation issues

• Update architect and other consultants on project status, plans, and procedures

• Manage the construction site on a day-to-day basis, including supervising the labor force, monitoring subcontractors

• Checking materials, inspecting work and overseeing quality control

• Communicate with the consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and others involved in the project

• Deal with any unexpected problems that may occur during the implementation of project.
