Job Title: Senior Fund Accountant/Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fund Accountant/Administrator to join our team at ACCPRO International. As a key member of our financial services team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic support to clients, including capital calls and distributions, audit/tax support, pre/post close services, quarterly and annual financials, and limited partner communications.
  • Help clients make informed decisions by utilizing our tools and resources, such as real-time IRR, real-time portfolio data, and additional data points (TVPI, RVPI).
  • Interpret and understand limited partnership agreements and provide expert advice to clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in fund administration.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of professional accounting experience.
  • Over 1 year of closed-end fund accounting experience.
  • Accounting or finance degree.
  • Experience interpreting and understanding limited partnership agreements.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Investran experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working on crypto funds.
  • Mentoring/coaching junior accountants.
