Job Description:
Process purchasing orders.
Prepare cost estimates and manage budgets.
Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices.
Placing and tracking orders.
Assisting with negotiation strategies and making recommendations.
Monitoring stock levels and identifying purchasing needsResearching potential vendorsTracking orders and ensuring timely deliveryUpdate internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)

Conduct market research to identify pricing trendsEvaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better pricesMaintain updated records of invoices and contractsFollow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change ordersLiaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good conditionJob Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in marketing, or any business related field.
With related work experiences is an advantageExperience with vendor management software is a plusGood understanding of supply chain procedures.
Proficiency in Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to perform in fast-paced environments. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
