Philippines Kitchen SuperCenter Inc Full time

Duties and Responsibilities:
Sources for new customers for the company.
Attends to inquiries and complaints of the customer.
Regularly visits or communicates with customers to build and maintain relationships.
Clearly documents requirements of the customers through the Quotation.
Secures approval of the Quotation prior communicating to the customer.
Monitors status of all Quotations.
Monitors status of all orders.
Helps monitoring the collections and receivables from clients.
Prepares, distributes, tabulates, and analyzes the customer satisfaction surveys.

Coordinates with all departments concerned, such as but not limited to Design and Project Management Department, Fabrication Department, Servicing Department, Logistics Department and Accounting Department for any customer requirements.

Supervises the encoding activities of the Encoder.
Evaluates the performance of subordinates and discusses the results with them.
Performs other related duties from time to time and/or that may be assigned by immediate superior.

Qualifications:
College graduate Preferably Marketing or any business-related courseAt least one (1) year sales experienceResourcefulFlexibleTrustworthyAttention to detailsExcellent interpersonal skillGood oral and written communication skillsHardworkingComputer literate
