Job Summary:

The Services and Applications Management Lead is responsible for leading and managing the operations and maintenance of the in-production mission-critical, business-critical, productivity and function-specific ICT Services and applications systems, and ensuring their utmost quality, reliability and value to the company. More specifically, the role performs the following responsibilities:

Leads, establishes and manages the company's practice of high-quality end-to-end and business-centric operations and management of in-production platform-based ICT Services and underlying application systems Leads and manages the participation of the group in the entire lifecycle of ICT Services and application systems from project development phase up to decommissioning Leads the synergy with Service Reliability Management team and other ICT and business stakeholders in planning, performance, gap assessment and implementation of corrective measures on periodic disaster recovery testing Leads the synergy with Service Reliability Management team and other ICT, business and partner stakeholders in the development and implementation of innovations and operational efficiencies and reliability improvement initiatives and projects Leads the team and synergizes with in the ICT and business stakeholders during audits on ICT Services and application systems, reviews compliance requirements and ensures timely submission and resolution of findings and observations Provides consultancy services on specific application or solution Evaluates holistically the individual changes, enhancements and customizations considering entirety of the ICT Services and application landscape, integrations, standards, capacity on the system itself and supporting infrastructure and costs and provide analysis and recommendations to stakeholders Manages the periodic performance review of ICT Services and ensures to set in place proactive measures to maintain compliance to SLAs with the business Manages the procurement process of acquisitions of operational technology investments including management of relevant licenses and maintenance agreements, including the preparation for approval of investments across the management hierarchy Job Qualifications:Must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent Minimum of 5 years of solid work experience in various areas of ICT operations and maintenance, technical support for applications, infrastructure, network, and with experience in managing, orchestrating cross-functional teams, projects or outsourcing partners Has extensive experience and direct participation / leadership in implementations various of enterprise-wide systems that cut across the business entire lifecycle (e.g. ERP, CRM, Asset Management, HR Systems, IT Service Management Systems, etc.) Has extensive knowledge and experience in managing the operations of enterprise-class application systems, infrastructure and tools Has extensive experience in evaluating vendor supplied vendor solutions and making recommendations to management Attendance or certifications on trainings such as ITIL (foundation and specializations), IT4IT, Enterprise Architecture, Project Management, software development lifecycle (Waterfall, Agile, DevOps) Strong problem-solving skills including demonstrated ability to analyze issues and develop, implement, and document processes that improve the accuracy and timing of work products and business activities Excellent planning, coordination, and communication skills Demonstrated ability to work in a hands-on, collaborative team environment while taking ownership of processes and improving them
