He / She provides direct support to the Senior Commercial Services Supervisor, in parallel to the Commercial Trade Marketing Group. He / She is responsible in providing analysis in achieving business and cost efficiency in relation to Sales and Trade Marketing Programs to achieve optimal trade fund management. He / She has to be knowledgeable of the internal database and system tools and effectively uses them to create the fund management of total sales and category programs and activities. He / She is primarily responsible for providing the Senior Trade Marketing Supervisor and Business Support Services the mandatory reports such as Budget Exhaustion, Speed to Market, AR Reviews (Commercial and Principal), Accruals and Efficiencies. He / She will monitor and measure the Financial Analysis and prepare the Administrative Reports.
Qualification:

Assist in financial steering and planning – actual tracking of trade spent vs. budget, business channel analysis performance vs. target, highlight risks and opportunities to the management.End-to-end compliance on Trade Fund Management, monitoring, tracking, coordination, creation of trade marketing support (TMS) via Budget Expense Approval Management (BEAM).Review and analyze Trade Fund Management, Budget Exhaustion, Listing Performance, Accounts Receivable (AR) Reconciliation and Accrual as well as Principal Reimbursements.System Development, Upgrade and MaintenanceRoll out of new report and tools for better review process and performance tracking.Has a working knowledge in translating Dashboard Reports into Analytics.Budgeting and Administrative ReportingPreparation of regional and management reporting accurately on timely basis such as Listing Performance Dashboard, Base Principal Direct Marketing Investment (DMI) Exhaustion Report / Sales Discount (SD), Post Evaluation Process Creation, Approval, Review – Trade Marketing Investments and Trading Term Agreement.Facilitate and create the following forms when needed – Purchase Request (PR) / Purchase Order (PO), Sample Request Form (SRF), Stocks Depletion Form (SDF), and Payment Request Form (PRF).Compliance and Policy AdherenceActively coordinate with Commercial Team (Sales and Marketing) in preparation for monthly Account Receivable (AR) + Budget & Accounting (B&A) Reconciliations.Assist in providing policies and process-related training whenever necessary.Enable Sales Team to comply with internal policies and procedures.Assist the Senior Commercial Services Supervisor in the preparation of training decks/materials from the Dashboard and Analytical Reports.Annual Merit Increase (AMI) compliance assessment for Base Business, Principal, New Business VenturesReview and validate trade marketing supports, listing fee proposals, mass display forms, post activity reports (PAR) uploaded in Budget Expense Approval Management (BEAM).Process Lead in maintaining and ensuring the signed valid account agreement documents in the repository.OthersPerform ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.
