Responsibilities: ● Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to the management team & Client. ● Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed. ● Design reporting formats to provide accurate information in a clear and concise manner ● Expected to publish accurate daily/weekly/monthly reports in a pre-defined format and frequency ● Expected to Perform data analysis (if required) for generating reports ● Design and Create automated dashboards for frequently generated report ● Maintain / develop MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance. ● Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency. ● Standardize similar reports across clients, departments and teams Ad Hoc data collection, analysis and reporting as required ● Understand client products, internal tools and processes, push automation and increase work efficiency.
