The Business Intelligence Specialist handles the department projects, prepares daily and monthly MIS, provides ad-hoc MIS to the department upon need, and ensures all processes in the department are documented and updated as needed through a process manual to be filed in OMS.

DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Responsible for the creation and updating of regular and ad-hoc reports for the Department/Units assigned.

2. Optimize process and overall operational execution between Operations and other FAI Units. The Business Intelligence Specialist handles the department projects, prepares daily and monthly MIS, provides ad-hoc MIS to the department upon need, and ensures all processes in the department are documented

3. Assist Operations Departments in the development of standards, systems, and best practices, including the implementation of strategies.

4. Responsible for data gathering, analysis, and initiative tracking in support of achieving processes that are cost-efficient, rational, and risk-mitigating.

5. Aid in the preparation and tracking of Operations Units OKRs.

6. Conduct analysis and formulate insights based on available data.

7. Distil and summarize data sets into understandable summaries and actionable suggestions.

8. Coordinate and align with different Filinvest units on projects assigned by the Operations Head, Operations Brand Heads.

9. Help plan and implement activities, conduct market research, gather intelligence and conduct consumer behavior research.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, Management, Accounting, or any relevant study.Industry experience in data analytics or project management is preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint.Skilled in Power BI or any Data Visualization tools is a plus but not required.Flexible to work long hours on occasion.
