Your Role

The Operational Care Specialist is responsible for managing customer shipments by securing rates and capacity with carriers/partners. This role involves coordinating transport activities, booking with partners, data entry, document generation, and ensuring compliance with air transport regulations.

Your Responsibilities
  • Maximize the use of Kuehne+Nagel core operating systems like Air Logistics System.
  • Monitor and improve performance processes in collaboration with the Air Logistics Process Manager.
  • Negotiate and maintain vendors, upload tariffs, and increase carrier use.
  • Review cargo flows, collaborate with partners, and monitor vendor and carrier performance.
  • Collaborate with Customer Care and Revenue Care Center to ensure service commitments and accurate invoicing.
  • Communicate with customers until final mile delivery and monitor export and import shipments.
Your Skills and Experiences
  • 2+ years of import procedures experience.
  • Basic knowledge of freight forwarding.
  • Support customers and partners to ensure satisfaction and service excellence.
