Shift: Night Shift, 08:30 AM – 05:30 PM US PST

Essential Job Functions

Initial Disclosure: Timely preparation and delivery of disclosure documents to ensure client satisfaction and regulatory compliance.Loan Opening: Review and process loans submitted to the processing queue, order preliminary services, and prepare files for efficient processing. A. Disclosure Analyst Verify all necessary loan information and required fields in the loan application.Prepare and issue initial disclosures within 3 days of the loan application date.Issue Notices of Incompleteness and handle adverse action loans as needed.Understand all fees associated with the loan application process.Run and interpret Automated Underwriting System (AUS) results.Validate changes of circumstance and re-disclose as necessary.Process and send updated disclosures within 24 hours of request.Review reports to ensure timely re-disclosure and compliance with TRID, RESPA, and other regulations.Stay current on mortgage regulations and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws. B.
