Role Description
The Franchise Acquisition Executive will be the first point of contact for interested franchise applicants. They will present the franchise model of the brand to interested franchisees, and work in collaboration with support teams for a smooth transition of the project. They are the one responsible for finding locations and possible partners for expansion. Lastly, they are accountable for ensuring that the first 6 months of the newly opened branch will be based on agreed standards.
Responsibilities
Evaluates new locations for Franchise ExpansionPresents the franchise model to interested partnersWorks in collaboration with stakeholders with all the detailsCreates strong network and develops relations with internal and external partnersSecures payment collections to ensure that billing of Franchise Fees and other fees (supplies, project management, design management, etc.) related to the creation of the branch are settled.Works together with operations team on the operations of newly opened franchise branches for minimum period of six (6) monthsQualificationsA holder of a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Management, Accountancy, or equivalentRelevant experience in Sales and/or Networking, Business DevelopmentAmenable to do hybrid work set-up at Mandaluyong CityBenefits Upon HireCompany-issued equipmentSkills advancement opportunitiesFree services in Lay Bare Academy (e.g. waxing, nail care, etc.)Company events and activitiesBenefits Upon RegularizationHMOGroup life accident insuranceMonthly complimentary services to all brands from company-owned branchesVacation leaveSick leaveBirthday leaveChristmas gift
