Customer Service Representative

Join our team as a Customer Service Representative and take on a challenging role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and prospect new clients to expand our customer base.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to reach specific targets and project contact numbers.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts to secure new business.
  • Maintain and establish strong relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals to ensure account services are met.
  • Prepare status reports to track activity, closings, and adherence to goals.
  • Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and services.
  • Identify and resolve client concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales Management:
  • Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
  • Communicate new product and service opportunities to clients in coordination with the Product Specialist.
  • Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce stock.
  • Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Arts and Science courses from a reputable University/School with good scholastic and moral records.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
