Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating sales, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping customers find the right products or services to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Generation: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product selection, handling inquiries, and resolving complaints.Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, and stay up-to-date with new offerings.Sales Goals: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.CRM Management: Maintain and update customer information in the system.Sales Reports: Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.Merchandising: Assist in the display and organization of products in the store/ warehouseTeam Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve overall company goals.Events & Promotions: Participate in sales events and promotions as required.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.Experience: At least one (1) experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.Willing to be assigned in Paranaque areaSkills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Working Conditions: Hours: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.Environment: Work may be performed in a retail store setting, office environment, or remotely, depending on the role.

An Accounting Specialist is a professional responsible for a range of financial tasks and ensures that an organization's financial records are accurate, complete, and up to date. Their duties typically involve processing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting other accounting functions.

Job Description: Accounting Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Accounts Payable/Receivable:
  2. Process vendor invoices, expense reports, and payment requests.
  3. Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors.
  4. Prepare and send customer invoices and manage receivables.
  5. Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable ledgers.
  6. General Ledger Maintenance:
  7. Post and reconcile journal entries.
  8. Ensure that all transactions are accurately recorded in the general ledger.
  9. Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
  10. Bank Reconciliation:
  11. Reconcile bank statements and investigate any discrepancies.
  12. Monitor cash flow and track account balances.
  13. Financial Reporting:
  14. Assist in the preparation of financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, etc.).
  15. Generate financial reports to support management decisions.
  16. Prepare and submit financial data for audits.
  17. Expense Reporting:
  18. Review and process employee expense reports.
  19. Ensure compliance with company policies on expenditures.
  20. Tax Filing Support:
  21. Support in the preparation and filing of tax returns.
  22. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
  23. Data Management & Analysis:
  24. Maintain accurate financial records and organize accounting files.
  25. Analyze financial data and identify trends or discrepancies.
  26. Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
  27. Compliance & Internal Controls:
  28. Ensure adherence to internal accounting policies and procedures.
  29. Assist in implementing and monitoring internal controls to safeguard company assets.Qualifications:
  30. Education: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is typically required.
  31. Experience: 2-3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping is preferred.
  32. Software Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  33. Certifications: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or other relevant certifications are a plus but not always required.
  34. Willing to be assigned in Paranaque area
