Be involved in negotiating best rates for cost efficiency.Coordinate with other divisions re payment efficiency for port fees and sufficient Airline Credit fund. Ensure compliance of airfreight and sea freight leaders on carrier process. Coordinate with Deputy Head for provincial and regional manager for consistent on time retrieval. Do proactive communication with Airline personnel for Airfreight issues and relational requirements. Communicate with Airlines for efficient and favorable services resulting to lead time compliance.Ensure carrier management filing is in accordance to ISO standards. Do data analysis and recommend most cost efficient supplier aligned to lead time requirement.Monitor and ensure accuracy and timely submission of reports.Ensure CIS is updated by carrier management team and coordinate with concerned divisions for any issue requiring resolution.Ensure a cost-efficient use of resources and budget.
