**About the Unit:** The Fulfillment Unit is responsible for warehouse operations and sales requirements, ensuring proper execution of business strategies by managing operations, coordinating with stakeholders, and onboarding new accounts.

**Job Description:** You will oversee direct fulfillment processes, including storage, pick and pack, dispatch, and inventory management. You will perform duties related to daily preparation, packaging, order closeout, and shipping of customer orders.

  • Coordinate with the fulfillment team to check inventory movements and support day-to-day processing of shipper orders.
  • Support data tracking for all fulfillment reports.
  • Support inventory management for the fulfillment warehouse, including all warehouse transactions and cycle counts.
  • Conduct shift meetings and facilitate a continuously improving environment.
  • Circulate throughout the department as needed to help resolve problems, identify improvement opportunities, and maintain effective employee and co-worker relations.
  • Work with the Fulfillment Supervisor to escalate departments needed to support the success of day-to-day fulfillment operations.

**Qualifications:** 2-3 years cumulative work experience in warehousing and fulfillment, preferably within the Logistics and Supply Chain Industry. Experience in warehouse management, setting up and scaling up warehouse operations, and using Warehouse Management Systems is a plus.
