Job Responsibilities
Achieve sales targets and manage trade accounts receivablesBuild good working relationships with customersListen to customer requirements and present appropriately to make a salePresent the product or service favorably and in a structured professional way face-to-faceCreate detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customerNegotiate the terms of an agreement and close salesResearch the market and related productsCold call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new businessCheck the quantities of goods on display and in stockRepresent the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrationsGather market and customer informationKeeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas.Job QualificationsGraduate of any 4 years business related courseAt least 3 years experience in Sales, may be combined with some level of Customer Service.Good interpersonal and communication skills, including presentation skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong sense of initiative and great time management skillProficient Microsoft Office skillsCan drive 4 wheel vehicle and must have a driver's license-
