Sales Operations Specialist

Job Summary
You are responsible for processing orders we receive from our customers and placing these orders onto our vendors within the adhered SLA's.This is a role where you will be able to become a subject matter expert across order entry, pricing management and purchasing. There is also potential to support our offices across Asia-Pacific, and additional extended support may be required so the ability to work flexible hours is a requirement.You will have exceptional time management, organisational skills and have excellent attention to detail.Duties and ResponsibilitiesFirst point of contact for order processing and managementTo proactively advise customers of outstanding requirementsTo maintain exceptional customer service, and consistently strive to exceed customer expectations (Reseller & Vendors)To over see and co-ordinate the logistics of receiving goods from the vendor and delivering goods to site/sitesSales order creation/ Pricing agreement creation/ Purchase order creationUnderstanding of and ability to apply pricing, Gross Profit, discounts, margin calculationReceipt intangible goods and send licenses/ contracts and License keys to the customerUse vendor's portals and tools to place orders with our vendors in a timely manner.Liaise with internal teams to process an orderManage multiple inboxes to update and obtain information for processingUndertake continual training to ensure strong knowledge on Westcon – Comstor Vendors and TechnologiesEnsure punctuality to all internal and external meetingsOther duties as requestedMajor Challenges The Sales Operations Specialist – Order Management will be required to display a high level of professionalism and the ability to process orders for multiple vendors whilst ensuring a consistent level of customer service for our customers. This position demands an accelerated and continuous training program on Westcon – Comstor procedures and systems, technologies and vendors. The Sales Operations Specialist – Order Management must ensure all customer orders are processed within set SLAs and our customer's expectations are met. Skills and knowledgePrevious experience in a data entry roleSense of urgency and willingness to use initiativeGeneral Knowledge in IT would be ideal.Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build strong relationships quickly and effectivelyExcellent administrative skills with attention to detail, proactive follow-up and efficient time managementGeneral computer literacyAbility to use Office programs such as MS Excel, MS WordFamiliarity with Microsoft OutlookUnderstanding of and ability to apply pricing, Gross Profit, discounts, margin calculationSAP experience preferred-
