A Sales Support Associate is expected to:

Responsible for reviewing and verifying information on an application to ensure that it meets defined criteriaResponsible for achieving a high level of data input and accuracy managing to a 5% or lower deficiency levelResponsible for achieving and exceeding performance expectations by meeting daily, weekly and monthly input targets while operating autonomouslyAccountable for staying current with new product and market trends in the Payments industry, and using the information as part of merchant conversationsResponsible for compliance with corporate policies established by Moneris Corporation including but not limited to the HR Code of Conduct, Technology Policy & Privacy Policy
What it takes to be part of our team:A minimum of 1 year experience in a data entry environment where they have displayed the competencies of quality, accuracy and time managementExperience learning and mastering proprietary software systemsExperience working in a customer service and/or sales environment where you have proven your ability to grasp and apply new skills and concepts to meet all operational targets.Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Time management & organizational skills
