JOB SUMMARY

The Corporate Planning Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting in performing analysis and reporting of company wide financial performance. He/She is also responsible for assisting in providing Management with sufficient information (i.e. forecasts, cost benefit analysis, trends) on the company's financial performance and providing relevant updates on economic conditions which can affect the future business performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in consolidation, reporting, and analysis of the company's financial resultsAssist in process improvement projectsCollaborate with business units to review monthly performance and identify risks and opportunitiesConvert key financial and operating data into strategic and value-added recommendations to support Management in making strategic business decisionsConduct financial analysis, modeling, forecasting and reportingGather information and build financial models in preparing a summary of operating profit and loss statements, etc. on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basisWork closely with business unit leaders on developing short-term forecasts, long-term strategic plans, annual budgets and operational analysis and reportingSupport business units in analyzing and understanding their financial dataEnsure the accuracy of data and quality of analysis and recommendationsEnsure timely submission of reportsEnsure proper safekeeping of reports and dataResearch and keep abreast of trends or developments in the field of financial analysis and identify opportunities for continuous improvement of the company's financial reporting and analysis QUALIFICATIONSGraduate of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, or other similar coursesHas at least four (4) years of experience performing financial reporting, data analytics, or other similar positionGaming knowledge or experience is an advantagePossesses excellent verbal and written communication skillsHas excellent planning, analytical and organizational skillsHas excellent project management skills. Can perform multiple projectsHas good interpersonal skillsHas the ability to collate, analyze, and derive/present insights from dataProficient in MS Office applications and Google Workspace
