Key Responsibilities:

Learning Needs Analysis

Work with business units to identify performance gaps related to skills, knowledge, attitude, and other characteristics pertinent to meeting Company objectives.Analyze performance gaps and provide recommendations to meet required metrics. Learning Design and Development Responsible for content research, training outline creation, development of training evaluation measures, training materials development, and knowledge assessment/ test design.Identify other non-traditional performance improvement initiatives Learning Delivery Deliver capability development programs to employees.Provide support and capability coaching as needed.Develop assessment tools in line with learning goals/metricsProactively develop activities, learning materials, or modules to supplement existing learning programs or initiatives Learning Evaluation Gather data from business units to measure the learning program's effectiveness / Monitor the progress of employees by tracking key performance metrics.Prepare reports such as training effectiveness metrics, training completion reports, and data analysis for business reviews Other Responsibilities Actively engage in continuous improvements in capability development and learning processesProactively mentor other employees and continuously provide learning and development supportBe a catalyst of lifelong learning.Performs other tasks and duties as may be assigned by the direct superior from time to time
