Cebu, Philippines Zubu Design Associates Full time

We are looking for a driven HR and Administrative Officer whose role will be far from one-dimensional. You will be involved in various HR functions, mainly but not limited to recruitment, compensation & benefits, training and development and employee relations.

You will also act as the main point of communication for all employees providing HR and administrative support. Main duties include managing office stock, preparing and and analyzing regular reports and organizing company records.

The goal is to ensure that HR operations and administrative activities are carried on efficiently and effectively to allow the operations to function properly and to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.

HR Responsibilities:


• Assist in recruitment processes, employee onboarding, performance monitoring and training/development initiatives.


• Handle compensation and benefits.

Admin Responsibilities:


• Monitor and maintain office equipment and supplies and purchase with attention to budget.


• Organize, update, and maintain records, database and permits using computers and filing systems.


• Plan and coordinate administrative schedules, procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.

Requirements:


• Bachelors degree in Business Administration/Management, Human Resource, Psychology, Industrial Engineering or equivalent


• 1 to 2 years of experience as an HR or Administrative Coordinator/Officer is an advantage


• Proactive attitude and strong leadership skills


• Good organizational and time management skills


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
