Deployment Coordinator

Join our team as a Project Coordinator and play a key role in the recovery and deployment of end-user assets. As a member of our team, you will provide entry-level project coordination, client communication, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide status updates, deliverable measurements, and other responsibilities as assigned.
- Work with the team to schedule and communicate inbound and outbound schedules.
- Create reporting and SLA tracking, analyzing data, schedules, and documents meetings.
- Provide necessary reporting to the team and client at required intervals.
- Communicate and telephone with end-users to increase the rate of asset recovery.
- Proactively identify problems and work with team members to create and implement solutions.
- Bachelor's Degree or minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in IT Asset Management.
- Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct in-depth research and provide solutions.
- Ability to effectively interact with peers, internal and external stakeholders, and management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- SAP and ServiceNow experience are an advantage.
- Able to work on night shifts and hybrid setups.
