As may be assigned, the following are the major processes or functions of a Distributor Compensation and Benefits Officer
- Computes distributor's compensation
- Computes incentives, monitors loans and other deductions
- Prepares regular reports and ad hoc, when necessary
- Responds to email queries from Distributors
- Investigates and provide solutions to email queries and concerns
- Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders
- Participates in projects as maybe required
