Internal Communications Officer

Job Purpose:

The Internal Communications Officer will be responsible for the awareness of AXA employees and distributors on the company's corporate direction, updates, new products and/or services, etc. He or she will also ensure compliance on internal communications policies set by the global office, the regional office and of the entity.

Key Accountabilities:

Creation and development of the quarterly employee newsletter (AXA Stories).Contribution to global-led or region-led communication materials to ensure the local entity is sufficiently represented (IMagine, Newsletter, Group Exec Web).Responsible for:
    1. The internal and distributor communications segment of an integrated marketing campaign.
    2. Internal communications platforms management (ONE, Conversations, etc.).
    3. Entity-wide communications governance.
    4. Distributor communications (corporate).
    5. Roles in crisis communications management, and reputational risk management committees.
    6. Executive communications for internal events (speeches, talking points, etc.).
    7. Internal announcements.
Representation in and compliance with Group-led or region-led network calls and/or activities.

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.3+ years of experience (for officers) in a similar role in the insurance or financial services industry (preferred but not mandatory).Solid understanding of the industry's regulatory and compliance issues for purposes of communicating effectively with stakeholders on a wide range of issues.Strong written and oral communication skills.Demonstrates attention to detail/organization skills. Strong proofreading skills to ensure all materials are high-quality and accurate.Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills; with a sense of urgency & orientation for deadlines; ability to successfully manage multiple tasks.Curiosity to learn about the business/business-oriented.About AXA

Established in 1999, AXA Philippines is one of the largest and fastest growing life insurance companies in the country.
