We are searching for a Procurement Operator who knows how to use online portals and CRM systems to remain in compliance with the customer's business rules as well as organizational policies and procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Recognize escalated requests and prioritize assigned tasks as needed
- Review order submissions to ensure all required information is complete
- Work with company contacts to obtain any missing information on the order, if necessary
- Obtain proper approval from the client to process and finalize orders
- Review provided information for accuracy and use the proper template for orders in a CRM ticket system for processing
- Track orders to ensure delivery and hand them off to the appropriate team(s) for the next steps
QUALIFICATIONS
- One year of prior experience with data entry and order processing preferred
- Two years of prior customer service experience in an office setting preferred
- Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with industry-standard terminology preferred
- Ability to be detail-oriented and process orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Ability to meet productivity metrics with accuracy
- Self-motivated, reliable, and supportive team member
- Ability to remain focused and maintain accuracy
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized
- Ability to communicate effectively (written and oral)
