Responsibilities:
Assist in the day-to-day responsibilities of the Sales teamAnswer phone-in/actual inquiries of customers and telephone messagesPrepare Sales Order and process it for deliveryAttend and assist walk in customers (office)

Follow up and update pending samples and quotationsUpdate quotations and reports for client visitWork with warehouse regarding inventory to ensure accuracyAttend product trainings to brush up on the newest technologies of the products being handledFile documents and other confidential and important papersAttend events as neededOther tasks and responsibilities as assignedQualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing or equivalent from a reputable college or universityRelevant experience in retail, sports (footwear/equipment/medicine)Detail oriented, a team player, computer literateExperience in SAP is a plusOrganized and able to multi-taskWilling to do field work if necessaryCan start ASAP
