Duties & Responsibilities
Performs month-end financial recording and analysis using QuickBooks Online as the accounting software for US companies, which includes but not limited to the following:
Record and code financial transactions to the appropriate accounts (asset, liability, equity, revenue, expense), in accordance of with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles,
Prepare monthly reconciliation to include bank reconciliation, credit card reconciliation, loan reconciliation,
Prepare balance sheet review to ensure all financial transactions are recorded correctly
Analyze profit and loss statement comparing current vs prior period and prepare management report to capture areas to reduce cost and improve profit
Analyze financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
Prepare and provide recommendations on the necessary journal entries

Position Requirements:

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Accountancy
  • Strong attention to detail, extreme confidentiality, and time management skills required
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Willingness to learn new accounting software.
  • Good interpersonal skills and intermediate proficiency in all MS Office applications.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
