Job Title: Accounting Senior Specialist

Hunter's Hub Incorporated is seeking a highly experienced Accounting Senior Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, financial reporting, and insurance accounting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate and complete auto interface entries in SAP, reconcile daily, and raise concerns to officers as needed.
  • Prepare journal entries in line with financial statement close process and deadlines, including recording insurance accounting transactions.
  • Reconcile subsidiary ledger and general ledger balances for assigned accounts.
  • Prepare payout for facultative re-insurance payments and create disbursement vouchers.
  • Develop and maintain various monthly and quarterly reports, including accounts validation, insurance commission, and audit reports.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, preferably in Accountancy or Management Accounting.
  • At least 23 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, and/or financial statements preparation.
  • Knowledgeable in Philippines Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS).
  • Proficient in Excel and accounting software.
  • Able to work with cross-functional teams, keen to details, and highly committed.
