Site Acquisition Officer (SAQ Officer) will assist the Project Manager of Civil Works Departmentin coordinating all SAQ/ROW/Permits-related activities, its implementation and completion of site acquisition requirements in accordance with company QMS procedures, policies and work instructions.

Role Description

Management of data entries for sites acquisition, tracking of site candidate packages, tower leases and amendments, site close-out packages and other related site acquisition documentationsAcquisition of prospective telecom sites.Provide assistance in validating site issues for acquisition, conduct meetings with Lessors and LGUs including other entities and government agenciesAcquire all documentary requirements, permits and licenses from LGUs and government agenciesEstablish rapport with Lessors, LGUs and other government agencies to ensure to resolution of any issues immediatelyOrganize and secure SAQ documents including the technical documents and permit plansProcess construction bond payments for new sites and refund of posted construction bond for all completed projectsAcquire the social acceptability clearances from barangay, homeowners' association, neighbors' consent, tenants' consent;Acquire the pre-construction permits from locational clearance, fire safety evaluation clearance, building permit, permits from different government agencies as required and post construction permits.Knowledgeable of the end-to-end process of Site Acquisition, Right-Of-Way and Permitting.Qualifications and Work ExperienceCan start immediately.Graduate of any 4-year college course.With at least one (1) year work experience related to site acquisition (SAQ), right-of-way (ROW), processing of permits and licenses in a Telecom industry.With background from other Telecom companies or Vendors is an advantage.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.With driving skills, preferably motorcycle.Willing to travel anywhere.WITH A VERY ATTRACTIVE INCENTIVE SCHEME PER MILESTONE...

It specializes in construction projects particularly in Telecom tower civil works constructions/erections, Outside Plant (OSP/FTTX) & Telecom Equipment Engineering (TE). It later on diversified into construction of Electrical Towers, Solar panels power and office fit-out projects. The parent company has been dealing with various telecom roll-out projects for more than 20 years in Indonesia and Malaysia. The company has been involved in projects with leading Telco Operators and Vendors. JGL works to craft solutions that meet our customers' project goals, budgets, and position them well for future success.
