Job Summary: The Occupational Health, Safety, Security and Environmental Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations and implementing protocols to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational health and safety, with experience in implementing and maintaining compliance programs. The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Security and Environmental regulations
  • Implement Health, Safety, Security and Environmental protocols and programs
  • Maintain records and address Health, Safety, Security and Environmental concerns promptly
  • Conduct Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Control (HIRAC)
  • Coordinate and participate in incident response activities
  • Develop and implement emergency response plans
  • Conduct drills and exercises to assess emergency response plans

Facilities Management:

  • Develop and implement maintenance programs for facilities, vehicles and equipment
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs
  • Conduct and coordinate preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
  • Maintain accurate inventory of facilities and equipment
  • Keep comprehensive documentation on maintenance schedules and repair histories

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Handle business permit renewal processing
  • Coordinate with service providers for annual physical examinations
  • Manage compliance with other regulatory requirements
  • Keep abreast of changes in regulations and update internal processes

Corporate Social Responsibility:

  • Coordinate CSR initiatives and partnerships with NGOs
  • Monitor and report on CSR activities and their impact
  • Ensure compliance with CSR-related regulations and reporting requirements

Security Program Implementation:

  • Monitor and implement security programs to safeguard company assets and personnel
  • Collaborate with security personnel and providers to ensure a safe work environment
  • Develop and update security policies and procedures

Data Privacy:

  • Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and regulations
  • Safeguard sensitive data and manage data privacy policies
  • Conduct employee training on data privacy practices

Support for Human Resources:

  • Process ATM card applications for employees
  • Assist with government report submissions related to HR
  • Collaborate with HR on various tasks
  • Maintain Service Unit Issuance monitoring

Other Responsibilities:

  • Requisition of office supplies and cleaning & maintenance supplies
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Head of Human Resource and Administration and the Immediate superior
