The Admin Officer (Store Expansion) will (i) oversee the administration and upkeep of existing facilities (ensuring smooth daily operations across all locations), (ii) lead and manage the administration team to ensure smooth and efficient operations across all administrative functions of the company, and (iii) be the point person for setting up new stores and business locations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead the end-to-end process of opening new stores, including identifying locations, securing leases, and negotiating terms with lessors. Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, marketing, finance) and external vendors (contractors, architects, suppliers) to ensure store openings are on time, within budget, and meet brand standards. Ensure all construction work is completed to the company's specifications, standards, and safety regulations. Manage timelines and deadlines for each project, identifying potential roadblocks and finding solutions to avoid delays. Lead and manage the administration team that handles all the day-to-day administrative functions of the company and facility maintenance, including utilities, repairs, and compliance with local regulations. Provide regular reports on the status of store development projects and facility concerns. Maintain accurate records of contracts, leases, and facility operations for reference and auditing purposes. Lead or support various internal projects, including (but not limited to) office relocations, facility upgrades, and corporate events.
