Reporting to the CRM Coordinator, the Email/Social Marketing Assistant will manage email communications and/or social media accounts for our various brands, in addition to creating engaging content. Key responsibilities include:

Email Marketing: Develop and send email communications to targeted lists for relevant brands.Social Media: Direction provides to schedule and post content across social media platforms, including static posts, videos, carousels, stories, and reels.Brand: Direction provided to ensure a consistent brand voice across different channels for brands such as Naturalizer, Vionic, The Comfort Co, Scholl, Revere, Vitasole, and Mia Vita.Content Creation: Assist where needed to generate compelling content to enhance our marketing strategy.Reporting & Analysis: Produce monthly reports on social and CRM activity, providing insights and suggestions for growth and improvement.Collaboration: Work closely with the digital marketing team to align strategies and efforts.Community Engagement: Interact with users, responding to messages, inquiries, and comments on social media.

Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
