Key Responsibilities:

  • Email Campaign Development: Develop, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns to support business objectives.
  • Email Content Creation: Create engaging and personalized email content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Email Performance Analysis: Analyze email campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
  • Email List Management: Manage and segment email lists to optimize targeting and deliverability.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email strategies with broader marketing goals.
  • Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices.
  • Email Optimization: Continuously test and optimize email templates, subject lines, and calls to action.

Requirements:

Initial Expectations:

Collaborate with the marketing team to align on upcoming campaign strategies. Begin drafting content for initial email campaigns.
  • 60-Day Expectations: Execute and manage ongoing email campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and high engagement. Conduct A/B testing to refine email strategies and improve key metrics. Establish relationships with key stakeholders and team members. Identify opportunities for segmentation and personalization in email communications.
  • 90-Day Expectations: Implement advanced email marketing techniques to enhance audience engagement. Monitor and report on the success of email campaigns, suggesting improvements as needed. Ensure all email communications align with brand guidelines and strategic objectives. Present a comprehensive review of email marketing performance and future plans to the team.
