We are looking for an HR Assistant who will be responsible for Talent Acquisition and Onboarding. As such, you will be involved with the end-to-end recruitment process while ensuring quality of hires and meeting the organization's goals/targets.

Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Tasks Overview:

End-to-end process (Sourcing up to onboarding).Develop/improve recruitment strategies to ensure organizational targets are met.Collaborate with the talent acquisition team and different stakeholders regarding updates on talent acquisition activities, processes, and plans.Conduct new hires orientation in line with the company's core values.Qualifications/Must-haves (Skills and Competencies):
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources and/or Psychology.
  2. At least 1 year experience in Talent Acquisition and Onboarding facets of HR.
  3. With at least B2 level in English Language Proficiency.
  4. Foundation in human resources operations, concepts, strategies, and processes.
  5. Must be willing to work on shifting schedule to meet both internal and external customers' need for support. (Mon-Fri shift or Tue-Sat shift - both have 5-working days in a week with different starting shifts)
  6. Must be willing to work onsite: Makati City.
  7. Strong work ethics/values: Integrity, Initiative, and Reliability.
  8. Able to work in a fast-paced working environment.
  9. Can start anytime in October 2024.Preferences (If you have these, it will give you an advantage for the position):
    1. Experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry and/or airline industry.
    2. Experience in volume hiring.
