As Associate Quality Specialist your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Quality assurance and approval of change documentation (GxP).Quality issue management (deviations from the processes/ Customer complaints). Discovered and Planned nonconformities.Value adding analysis and reporting on quality issues.Collaboration with stakeholders regarding quality requirements and expectations in relation to change documentation and periodic activities and reporting. Support with interpretation of internal processes and procedures.Identification and implementation of service improvements.Support documentation (act as author/reviewer in some internal instruction/procedures).Take part in regular sessions with team members to ensure alignment and best practices.Support during audit.Cooperation across different teams (Audit, Compliance/Data Privacy, Risk Management).Qualifications A relevant degree in IT, or Engineering with a solid base of both quality and IT experience.You have an interest in or understanding of IT and technologyExperience with ISO 9001, GxP and Quality Management Systems is preferred.You have quality mindset, and you are detail oriented, as well a strong team player able to work with colleagues around the globe, have a "business first" mind-set and enjoy working in a sometimes-hectic environment where tasks and priorities can change. Curiosity and willingness to learn new skills.Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
