Key Responsibilities:
- Personal Support:
- Manage personal errands and appointments
- Oversee household tasks, including bill management and scheduling maintenance
- Assist with travel arrangements for personal vacations or trips
- Handle personal shopping and gift purchases
- Business Support:
- Manage the calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Handle travel and accommodation bookings for business trips
- Prepare documents, presentations, and business reports
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and other business contacts
- Maintain confidential files and manage correspondence
- Oversee office supplies, equipment, and office management needs
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software
- Ability to manage both personal and business matters with high confidentiality
- Professional, discreet, and resourceful
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
- College graduate in Business Administration, Management, or any related field
- Familiarity with Manila's logistics and local services
- Previous experience handling both personal and business-related tasks
