Key Responsibilities:

  • Personal Support:
    • Manage personal errands and appointments
    • Oversee household tasks, including bill management and scheduling maintenance
    • Assist with travel arrangements for personal vacations or trips
    • Handle personal shopping and gift purchases
  • Business Support:
    • Manage the calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
    • Handle travel and accommodation bookings for business trips
    • Prepare documents, presentations, and business reports
    • Communicate with clients, suppliers, and other business contacts
    • Maintain confidential files and manage correspondence
    • Oversee office supplies, equipment, and office management needs

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software
  • Ability to manage both personal and business matters with high confidentiality
  • Professional, discreet, and resourceful
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

  • College graduate in Business Administration, Management, or any related field
  • Familiarity with Manila's logistics and local services
  • Previous experience handling both personal and business-related tasks
